Meditations Inspired by the Animal Kingdom-cover

Paying attention to the natural world around us brings a deeper meaning to life.

While we may feel a connection with certain animals for both known and unpredictable reasons, all of nature has a lesson that’s waiting. All we have to do is watch and listen.

With this in mind, I’m proud to announce that I’ve co-authored another book of meditation scripts: “From Meditation to Creation 2: Meditations Inspired by the Animal Kingdom.” The book was born as a Writer’s Thingamajig Side Quest with my friends, Santosh David and Melissa Mattingly.

We each chose a selection of animals to inspire new meditation scripts; it was in some ways very easy. Looking for meaning helps me feel connected to nature and to something higher. If I can find insight from considering the symbols of an animal I encounter, then maybe I can be closer to understanding, which brings me closer to peace, closer to love, closer to spirit.

I hope these meditations do the same for you.

“From Meditation to Creation 2: Meditations Inspired by the Animal Kingdom” is available through Amazon Kindle. New in this title is a link to the recordings of each of the included meditations, read by each author.
